Terms & Conditions

**Reservations are accepted by telephone, fax or in person and are confirmed with a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT and a signed contract. Any item cancelled within 7 days of pickup or delivery day, renter is responsible for 100% of total contract price.

**Delivery and Pick-up are available for a nominal fee. Set-up and Breakdown are available upon request for a nominal fee.

**Pick-ups and returns: All china, silver, flatware, glassware, etc. should be rinsed free from food and repacked in the same containers as received. Linens should be shaken free of food and dry to prevent staining or mildew. Please do not launder linens or place in a plastic bag. Tables and chairs shall be stacked in a dry area ready for pick-up. Items not meeting these requirements are subject to additional charges.

**Loss or Damage: Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter while items are out on rent. We do charge for all missing, chipped, cracked, broken or damaged items, mildew stains, or candle wax damage to linens.

Damage Waiver
Starting January 1st, 2015 DJ’s Party Rentals is implementing a Damage Waiver Policy. This policy charges 10% of rental items and is in place to help alleviate some of the financial responsibilities that may occur from damages.
